Agreement to These Terms

By creating an account or using any application published by MyOS Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our applications.

Your Obligations as a User

  Accurate Information

  You are responsible for providing accurate and current information, including resident, vendor, or committee details.

  Account Security

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  Timely Reporting

  You are responsible for promptly reporting unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse our applications. This includes not submitting false complaints or maintenance requests, not impersonating another resident, admin, vendor, or councillor, not attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account or data, and not using the platform to harass, defraud, or harm another user or third party.

UPI Payments

MyAptsOS facilitates maintenance and related payments via UPI transaction reference (UTR) submission. MyOS Group is not a bank, payment gateway, or payment processor — we do not process, hold, or transfer funds. Residents are responsible for making payments accurately via their own UPI application, and for submitting a correct transaction reference. Approval of a submitted payment by a society admin does not constitute a guarantee by MyOS Group of the underlying transaction.

Independent Vendors

Vendors listed on the MyAptsOS vendor marketplace are independent third-party service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of MyOS Group. MyOS Group does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any service performed by a vendor. Residents engage vendors at their own discretion and risk, and any disputes regarding vendor services are between the resident and the vendor.

Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyOS Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our applications, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of funds due to incorrect payment details entered by a user, or disputes arising from vendor services or community interactions.

Ownership

All software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content associated with MyAptsOS, MyCivicOS, MyLifeOS, and MyOS Group are the property of MyOS Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our applications without prior written permission.

Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the platform, or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. You may also request termination of your own account at any time — see our Delete Account page.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Updates

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
